Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Architect to join our Mission Critical team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of project types, including corporate, healthcare, sport venues, data centers, airports, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, government, and military facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project teams in creating world-class designs for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments.
  • Develop, modify, and review production drawings for data center facilities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop interiors based on client vision and architectural needs.
  • Manage data and prepare client presentations, shop drawing reviews, and construction administration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program and 4 years of architectural experience, consulting preferred.
  • Master's Degree in Architecture and 3 years of architectural experience, consulting preferred.
  • Demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of standard architectural techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites, and 3D rendering programs.

Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 annually, based on individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
