  • Performance Evaluation: Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, driving team member growth and development.
  • Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing the department according to established procedures, ensuring all necessary breaks are given.
  • Communication: Communicate team concerns to the team leader and associate team leader, ensuring open and transparent communication throughout the department.
Requirements
  • Experience: 12+ months retail experience, preferably in a produce department.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure: Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals, temperatures up to 90°F, and a wet and cold environment.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
