Join Our Neuro-Oncology Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neuro-Oncologist to lead and develop our Neuro-Oncology program at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our Department of Neurology, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising medical students and residents, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of neurologists and specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead our Neuro-Oncology program, working closely with our team to provide comprehensive care to patients with brain and spinal cord tumors.
  • Supervise and mentor medical students and residents, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the field.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex neurological conditions.
  • Participate in academic and research activities, contributing to the growth and development of our department.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a residency in Neurology and a fellowship in Neuro-Oncology.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology and Neuro-Oncology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
