We are currently seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to become a vital part of our Finance & Administration team.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Systems Configuration, Client Success, and Implementation teams to facilitate a range of financial operations, including invoice processing, expense reporting, and other essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process ACH payments and manage account transfers using JPMC online banking.
  • Oversee client bank accounts through balance tracking spreadsheets, weekly check registers, and JPMC transaction reports.
  • Document and scan all provider refund checks received, coordinating with the claims department for processing.
  • Track ACH refunds from Zelis and provide necessary reports to the claims department for processing.
  • Issue check payments within the claims system, ensuring timely collection and distribution to vendors.
  • Manage pharmacy claim invoices from various suppliers.
  • Release payments and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to providers via the Zelis payment portals.
  • Monitor claims in the PAY queue, investigating any that remain unresolved for over a week.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with automated and integrated claim adjudication systems is essential; familiarity with El Dorado-Javelina is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft applications such as Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and collaboration with colleagues.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $54,000 USD. In addition to base salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes bonuses, health benefits (some employer-paid), paid time off, and equity option grants.
