Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • 5-15 years of experience in landscape architecture, planning, and urban design.
  • License preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.
  • Ability to understand and communicate with professionals from other disciplines.
  • Contributes proactively to the project team.
  • Proficient in technical detailing and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.
  • Preferred experience in hand graphics, graphic design, and site grading.

Responsibilities

  • Performing landscape architectural and planning assignments under general supervision.
  • Coordinating the preparation of design presentations.
  • Coordinating with consultants on a wide variety of design-related issues.
  • Relating design concepts to zoning ordinances and other external issues.
  • Managing all aspects of project development.
