Responsibilities:

Deliver Personalized Care:
Adhere to the carefully developed care plan to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. Respond promptly to the requests of patients and their families, offering compassionate and unwavering support.

Assist with Personal Care:
Aid patients with various personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing. Your presence during these intimate moments significantly contributes to their overall comfort and dignity.

Commit to Customer Service:
Prioritize exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure optimal patient satisfaction. Your dedication to providing outstanding care will be recognized and appreciated as part of our team.

Support Families:

Impact patients' families by sharing your knowledge and expertise, guiding and supporting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.

Your presence offers confidence and reassurance during this challenging time.

Maintain Accurate Documentation:

Every detail is crucial in delivering high-quality care, both in the patient's home and within our agency and regulatory standards.

Your attention to detail is vital to our success.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Current unencumbered certification in the state as a C.N.A.

Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long-term care setting. Hospice experience is a plus.

Possess and maintain current CPR certification if state-mandated.
