Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Personalized Care:
Adhere to the meticulously designed care plan to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. Respond promptly to the needs of patients and their families, offering compassionate and steadfast support.

Assist with Personal Care Tasks:
Aid patients with various personal care requirements, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, dressing, and shampooing. Your presence during these intimate moments greatly enhances their overall comfort and dignity.

Commit to Exceptional Customer Service:
Prioritize outstanding customer service, striving to exceed expectations and ensure optimal patient satisfaction. Your commitment to delivering exemplary care will be recognized and appreciated as part of our team.

Support Families:

Influence the families of patients by sharing your knowledge and expertise, guiding and assisting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.

Maintain Accurate Records:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Must hold a current unencumbered certificate in the state as a C.N.A.

A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long-term care environment. Hospice experience is a plus.

Must possess and maintain current CPR certification if mandated by the state.
