Nurse Practitioner

Ozanam Hall of Queens Nursing Home Inc is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and planning care, coordinating services, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan care for residents
• Coordinate and supervise services on assigned units
• Round on nursing units to ensure quality care
• Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers
• Document care accurately and thoroughly
• Consult with Unit Managers to ensure continuity of care
• Ensure adequate staffing for the nursing department
• Provide direct resident care and work as a staff nurse

Requirements:

• NY RN License
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or new graduate with a desire to learn
• English language required
