Sales and Marketing Executive

">About the Role:
- Prospect and sell advertising space to local and national clients, leveraging our robust portfolio of assets and expertise
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity and client interactions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in media sales, preferably in broadcast radio and digital media
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly in digital and audio spaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, SalesForce, and other relevant software
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive base salary range of $40,000 to $75,000, plus commission (anticipated on-target-earnings is $80,000.00-$150,000.00)
