As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations, receiving products into our inventory management system, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the store's backroom operations, including receiving products, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Process weekly pallets and ensure timely receipt of merchandise.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure adequate inventory levels and proper product placement.
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge information, promotions, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the inventory control team to resolve any inventory discrepancies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
