Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of employees and provide guidance and support as needed
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized, and that all equipment is in good working order
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate inventory control
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and restaurant staff to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
