Position Overview
Landscapes Golf Management is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This role offers a starting pay of $15/hour, with opportunities for additional hours in related positions such as dishwasher or server assistant.
Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf club facilities, ensuring a pleasant environment for all members and guests. The key duties include:
- Ensure the cleanliness of restrooms and common areas, including stocking necessary supplies.
- Sanitize and restock linens and toiletries in guest accommodations as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms and storage areas.
- Clean locker rooms and shower facilities.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including window washing and trash disposal, according to assigned schedules.
- Safeguard any assigned keys and ensure their proper use.
- Utilize cleaning solutions and equipment correctly as per guidelines.
- Respond promptly to member requests as directed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
- Exhibit a commitment to the club's success by fostering positive interactions with staff and members, while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
- Highly organized and responsible, ensuring member satisfaction.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience in cleaning within commercial, hotel, or golf club environments is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to read documents and communicate effectively.
- Standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
- Capability to climb, stoop, squat, and kneel as needed.
- Dexterity for using phones, typing, and writing.
- Ability to lift items exceeding 25 pounds occasionally.
