About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instrument Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about music and dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Job Summary

The Senior Instrument Technician will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and exceptional customer experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain store-owned gear, complete warranty repair work, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Familiarity with guitar maintenance and repair techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
