Job Overview
The Senior Health Data Analyst will be a key member of our team, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models to analyze large datasets and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Provide expert analysis and guidance to internal stakeholders on complex data-related issues.
- Lead high-complexity projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
- 5 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting & analytics, benefits consulting, healthcare, financial services, or related field.
- Strong PBM industry knowledge and ability to articulate industry trends to clients.
- Ability to establish rapport and effectively influence at all levels within an organization.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $81,000 - $138,000 based on experience and skills, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
