Nursing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Nurse - Care Review Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

In this vital position, you will conduct thorough reviews of nurses' qualifications and current standing with our agency, as well as review patients' medical history, care plans, and medications. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively document clinical care reviews in our electronic health record system.

You will also be responsible for answering clinical questions after hours, receiving reports on hospitalizations and hospital discharges, and providing clinical support to our field staff and families. Your proficiency with electronic health records and web-based applications will be invaluable in this role.

To be successful in this position, you must possess a diploma from an accredited school of nursing, an active nursing license, and excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also be proficient in electronic health records and web-based applications, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
