Salary: $53,000 - $64,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Dialysis Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients on kidney dialysis related topics. You will also be part of a cross-functional team consisting of clinicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others. Additionally, you must be comfortable working around blood and needles, as well as mixing acid or bicarb. Previous healthcare experience is a plus, including certifications such as BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Phlebotomy certification.
