Weekend Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Weekend Nursing Supervisor to join our team at EagleCare LLC. As a Weekend Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents on weekends, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and attention.

• Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekends
• Ensure that residents receive timely and effective care
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Two years of nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing
• One year of supervisory experience with direct care staff
• Current active Indiana state license as Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR certification
