This role is pivotal in driving the business forward through various responsibilities, including fostering relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), overseeing product launches from inception to market, and crafting strategic product roadmaps. Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, effective communication, and exceptional time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all upstream activities and downstream content development, including gathering customer insights, defining user requirements, and participating in agile development teams.
- Manage the launch of new products by defining market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and executing strategies to enhance market presence.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and develop materials for sales tools, ensuring the field sales team and healthcare professionals are well-equipped with product and clinical knowledge.
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, manage partnerships with OEM collaborators, and provide key performance indicator visibility to leadership.
- Engage in additional projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience leading at least one product launch.
- A minimum of 4 years in medical device product management within a business range of $50M-$300M.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong customer empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with cross-functional executive leaders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passionate about design details and delivering clinical value.
- Experience in driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus opportunities.
