Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team as a Retail Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, located in Enterprise, AL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their painting needs, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals through effective sales strategies and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, processing transactions accurately, and adhering to inventory control procedures.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Licenses and certifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License; High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
