This position is at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) supporting the Naval Systems Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).
Responsibilities:- Plan and design an organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.
- Analyze, develop, modify, test, and maintain complex systems.
- Verify and validate systems to meet internal and external requirements.
- Diagnose problems and provide recommendations for improvement on existing and new systems.
- Assume a team lead role for working groups.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Ten plus (10+) years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.
- Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
- Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $102,700-$170,800.
