Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including EPA, OSHA, and ASHRAE guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and building management systems to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Perform thorough maintenance inspections and report findings promptly to the Operations Manager/Lead Engineer.
  • Inspect site areas, including roofs and mechanical & electrical rooms, to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair various facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tenants, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Offer suggestions on equipment upgrades and facility enhancements to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Travel locally between properties as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and keep tools and equipment in good condition to ensure a positive representation of Lincoln Property Company.
  • Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner to provide excellent customer service.
  • Report any issues to the Regional Operations Manager promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in organizing construction projects and natural disaster recovery efforts to support business continuity.
  • Read and comprehend manuals, procedures, and instructions in English to ensure accurate understanding and execution of tasks.
  • Proficient in using mobile devices or laptops for work-related tasks to stay connected and productive.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of Lincoln Property Company.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, distinguish colors, and climb ladders up to 28 ft. regularly.
