About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Subcontract Management Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of professional services and workforce management solutions.

This role will be responsible for managing complex subcontracting activities, including sourcing, negotiating, mobilizing, and administering subcontracts. You will work closely with programs and supporting functions to achieve program objectives while ensuring compliance with approved purchasing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-award and post-award subcontracting activities, including sourcing, negotiating, mobilizing, and administering subcontracts.
  • Work closely with programs and supporting functions to achieve program objectives.
  • Evaluate subcontract proposals and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including first-tier subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in subcontracting, preferably in a federal government contracting environment.
  • CPSR certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
