Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As an Electrical Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and calibrating pneumatic conveying systems using both electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Installation: Assemble Cyclonaire equipment according to drawings using a variety of tools and skills.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high levels of quality by understanding and following Cyclonaire procedures.
  • Technical Reading and Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and shop orders.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with the drawings or equipment.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily equipment and area housekeeping (5S).
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Requires frequent touching, grasping, and feeling of physical equipment. Talking, hearing, and repetitive motions are required. Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Work requires constant visual ability. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Work Environment: Clean and climate-controlled manufacturing environment. May be required to work outdoors as business needs dictate.
  • Travel Requirements: None
  • Safety: Safety shoes (steel or composite toe), safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other forms of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in designated areas.
Compensation

$20-$23 hourly wage
