Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to CSI's image standards
  • Accurately process sales transactions, handling cash and credit payments
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, following proper food safety procedures
  • Perform station cleaning and maintenance tasks, including restocking shelves and supplies
  • Actively promote store specials and marketing programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must possess required food handling certificates, as required by law
  • Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred
