We are in search of a motivated Project Manager to enhance our dynamic Engineering team. This position is perfect for professionals eager to advance their careers while managing a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management functions, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion. Expertise in roadway design, transportation engineering, and familiarity with design software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction project planning and execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align client needs with company goals.
- Guide technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and amendments with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff, offering support and direction.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and address any concerns.
- Monitor project advancement and quality through regular site evaluations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and financial strategies.
- Coordinate efforts among construction personnel and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Guarantee compliance with construction standards and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, particularly in roadway design and transportation engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Civil EIT certification is preferred.
- Proficient in design software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
- Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.
