About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Consultant to join our team at Dragonfly Health. As a Client Services Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of their organization
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address client challenges
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Network Management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Monitor client progress, claims, and other key performance indicators to ensure optimal results
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients, either in-person or remotely, to educate them on our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client relationships and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least one year of sales experience or account management, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
