We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of employees to provide excellent customer service
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing labor costs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
