Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of patient care to assigned patients, providing care for clients as ordered.
  • Identifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patient and caregivers.
  • Follows plan of care and collaborates with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in status.

Requirements:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • LPN (Registered Nurse) License
  • Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
  • Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing
  • Required 1 year Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Preferred 1 year Home Care
  • Preferred IV Certification
