Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Bath in Akron. As a staff LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver care and coordinate care delivery to meet resident needs
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans to meet resident needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, with gerontological nursing experience preferred
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
