LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Ancora Memory Support at Mount Alverna Village, a vibrant senior living community in Parma, Ohio.

Job Summary

The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise and coordinate activities performed by care assistants, and maintain accurate documentation of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
  • Supervise and coordinate activities performed by care assistants to ensure a high degree of quality care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care, including resident records and progress notes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
