Job Title: Compassionate Physical Therapist AssistantJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide personalized therapy services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Physical Therapy treatments to patients according to treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Assist the Physical Therapist with the establishment of goals and POC.
  • Observe, record, and report to the patient conditions, reactions, and responses related to treatment.
  • Maintain daily records of treatments and document progress notes on patients as directed by the Physical Therapist and company policy.
  • Reports to work as scheduled.
  • Communicate with Physical Therapists in consulting with family members, physicians, and other health care professionals, as appropriate.
  • Practice efficient use and selection of supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Active State license required in good standing.
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred, open to new graduates.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $57,600 - $60,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage of $27.50 - $30.00 per hour.
