Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop specific treatment programs for individual patients
- Provide clinical direction for Physical Therapy Assistants
- Plan, implement, manage, and evaluate the provision of home health services
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- PT License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
- Preferred 1 year of experience in Home Care
