As a PACU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and skilled communication.
- Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage and coordinate patient care through effective communication and documentation.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system and experience with Alaris IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing.
