Exclusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exclusion Specialist to join our team at Terminix. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service delivery of our products to valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up and building exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications
- Removing animals trapped in exclusion devices
- Working in a safety harness from rooftops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
- Interacting with customers and explaining services provided
- Completing production forms documenting services provided
- High school graduate or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required
- Three to six months of related exclusion experience and/or training and six months of experience using hand tools and related equipment
- Personable and enjoy interacting with customers
- Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Effective presentation skills
- Detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
- Good aptitude for basic math
- Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces
- No facial hair due to safety reasons
- Comprehensive training and licensure, all paid by the company
- Highly competitive compensation – earning potential of $30,000-50,000 in first year
