About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exclusion Specialist to join our team at Terminix. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service delivery of our products to valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and building exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications
  • Removing animals trapped in exclusion devices
  • Working in a safety harness from rooftops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
  • Interacting with customers and explaining services provided
  • Completing production forms documenting services provided
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required
  • Three to six months of related exclusion experience and/or training and six months of experience using hand tools and related equipment
  • Personable and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
  • Good aptitude for basic math
  • Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces
  • No facial hair due to safety reasons
