As a Loan Closer at Insight Global, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient closing process of loans. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and finalize the loan closing process, ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and compliant.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in loan closing, funding, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with construction or real estate loans is highly desirable.
