About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned product manager to partner with customers on the discovery phase of the product development lifecycle for problem spaces such as Device Technology, Network Design, and Network Automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high-impact programs, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs.
  • Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
  • Partner with strong technical leaders to drive definition of customer problems, business requirements, launch and post-launch measurement.
  • Serve as a key player with partner teams across the company, working to align interests and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
