Responsibilities
  • Prepare menu items to specification, including making prep recipes and labeling, dating, and refrigerating prepped items.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side duties, including setting up, stocking, and breaking down all kitchen equipment and prep and line stations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and line, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Practice safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Food safety certification program completion, if required by state or local regulations.
