Salary Range:$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patient needs and deliver expert counseling services to support their well-being.
- Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique requirements.
- Provide crisis management support when necessary, ensuring timely intervention and effective resolution.
- Maintain thorough and current records of each patient's progress, facilitating seamless communication among healthcare professionals.
- Participate in team efforts to enhance patient care by sharing expertise and best practices with fellow healthcare professionals and recovery counselors.
- Possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LG, LMCH, LMFT) in Maryland;
- Hold a Master's degree in a mental health-related field;
- Demonstrate expertise across various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders;
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with patients and colleagues;
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle a busy caseload;
- Ensure an updated computer equipped with a webcam, audio functionality, and a dependable internet connection for remote work.
