Job Title: Mobile Crisis Therapist

At Connections Health Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Crisis Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Mobile Crisis Response Team, you will be responsible for providing life-changing mental health assessments and crisis intervention to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in crisis, evaluating their mental status, risk factors, and clinical needs.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement on mental health-related calls, providing expert clinical assessments and coordinating with community providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide emergency psychotherapy, evaluate the need for hospitalization, and determine the appropriateness of involuntary treatment based on legal criteria.
  • Utilize your knowledge of counseling theories, social work practices, and relevant laws to offer effective crisis counseling, case management, and consultation services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of community resources and make appropriate referrals to support individuals and families in distress.
  • Ensure seamless follow-up care and ongoing support for those in crisis, collaborating with community agencies to provide comprehensive, wrap-around services.
Requirements:
  • Must be licensed or license eligible as LCPC or LCSW in the State of Montana.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy.
  • The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company's exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment.
  • Must have valid certification or complete training in First Aid and CPR, De-escalation Training, and other relevant areas.
