Treasury Operations Coordinator

Vaco is currently looking for an Interim Treasury Analyst to provide essential support to the Finance & Accounting division, with a focus on daily treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses concerning bank accounts and cash flow
- Manage bank accounts, including the initiation and closure of accounts, fee analysis compilation, and compliance with KYC regulations
- Assist in initiatives aimed at fraud prevention
- Record general ledger entries associated with treasury cash transactions
- Perform transaction investigations within banking systems and the general ledger as required
- Support daily treasury functions such as processing both domestic and international wire transfers, overseeing daily cash activities, and managing regional account funding related to future receivables/payables, mortgage obligations, payroll, and more.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding inquiries, issues, and escalated matters- Contribute to treasury-related projects that facilitate the company's growth and expansion
- Aid the Treasury team in preparing documentation for audits
- Assist investor relations with quarterly and sale distributions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution (or 3-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Strong analytical capabilities, intermediate proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with ERP and TMS systems
