Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and monitor project progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to project schedules.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to define and document project charters, scope statements, and project management plans.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
