We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team at The Investors Edge. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in converting warm leads into scheduled appointments, driving business growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to up to 50 leads via calls and texts daily, engaging in 30+ conversations, and adhering to a provided script.
- Utilizing CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce for accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Handling high-volume calls, logging 5+ hours of phone activity per day, and meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
- Demonstrating strong phone communication skills, an extroverted personality, and the ability to handle multiple follow-up contacts with the same contact.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in phone-based roles, such as customer service, phone surveys, or appointment setting.
- Proven ability to handle 30+ calls daily and log 5+ hours of phone activity per day.
- Experience with CRM systems, VOIP or soft phone systems, and the ability to handle phone conversations confidently and follow scripted dialogues consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
