The role necessitates physical stamina, including walking and standing for prolonged periods, as well as the capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Staff may encounter infectious diseases, muscle strains, falls, and needle stick injuries. The physical demands are moderate, with the majority of duties performed indoors. Scheduling may vary based on patient needs and census levels.
