Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000-$240,000 per year. You can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off, holidays, and commuter benefits.
About the Role
This role requires an attorney licensed in at least one US State, preferably 3-6 years of experience in US Privacy Laws practice. We're looking for someone who can effectively communicate complex information, manage high-touch stakeholders, and navigate multiple priorities. Your expertise will enable you to define and develop Palantir's positions on key data protection issues under US Federal & State Privacy Laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate Palantir's substantive positions on data protection agreements, assessments, incidents, and court decisions under US Federal & State Privacy Laws.
- Draft or enhance privacy program-related standards, policies, and playbooks, providing training on regulatory guidance and best practices in the US.
- Assist in defining and building infrastructure to effectively communicate Palantir's data protection positions to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shepherd deals to execution and product development.
- Stay up-to-date on global data protection laws, such as GDPR, to inform US analyses.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- A demonstrated ability to develop creative analytical solutions to novel issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- A strong understanding of AI technologies and recent regulatory developments.
