Job Title: Allergy Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Allergy Nurse to join our team at Albany ENT & Allergy Services P C. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of community-minded care.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in an outpatient setting and proficiency in computer skills, including data entry software. You will be responsible for delivering excellent care to patients with severe allergic conditions, performing allergy skin tests, allergy injections, and pulmonary lung function testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of patients with severe allergic conditions.
  • Perform allergy skin tests, allergy injections, and pulmonary lung function testing with precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in allergy care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited formal nursing education program.
  • Clinical experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including ability to master the clinic's data entry software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling interruptions, calls, and walk-ins.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
