We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer - Technical Lead to join our EBS Risk Tech team. This hands-on role requires exceptional coding skills, a passion for technology and engineering excellence, and the ability to guide and mentor a large team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor a team of engineers, conducting code reviews and leading design discussions to ensure engineering best practices.
  • Act as a technical authority, providing direction and expertise to the team.
  • Drive the adoption of coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, focusing on building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Professional experience in various aspects of software development, including native mobile, Android, and firsthand coding experience.
  • Experience working with Kotlin, Coroutines, MVVM, MVVM Clean, View Models, Repository Design pattern, and other architectures.
  • Knowledge of Android Studio, Kotlin, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and GraphQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
