LPN/LVN Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, aligning with personalized care plans and physician orders.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
  • Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
