LPN/LVN (Part Time) - Cully Assisted Living Position

We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team at Cully Assisted Living. As a LPN/LVN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing health education.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Current Oregon LPN/LVN licensure.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
