Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both sales and project management, overseeing client relationships and ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from initial engagement through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for new projects, assess client needs, and provide recommendations for HVAC solutions.
  • Travel to client meetings, project sites, and networking events as needed.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition from the initial client consultation to project execution and final completion.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively addressing challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide clients with regular project updates, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, project progress, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Continuously refine and implement best practices in project management and customer service to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
