Your Mission:
- Develop & Execute Winning Strategies: Craft and implement a powerful commercial sales strategy targeting new and existing business opportunities.
- Build & Lead High-Value Relationships: Become the go-to contact for customers, forging strong partnerships at the engineering, purchasing, and executive levels.
- Maximize Profitability: Own pricing negotiations, ensure profitability, and drive long-term business growth.
- Market Research & Growth Planning: Identify emerging trends, lead market research, and shape the company's product development roadmap.
- Lead & Inspire the Sales Team: Guide team members in achieving sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of sales or account management experience in the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1 preferred).
OEM Sales Expertise – Experience working with Ford, GM, FCA, Volkswagen, or Honda is a plus.
Exceptional Negotiator & Deal Closer – Ability to manage complex negotiations while ensuring company profitability.
Customer-Obsessed & Results-Driven – Proven track record of building lasting customer relationships and achieving aggressive growth targets.
Strategic Thinker & Doer – Ability to balance high-level vision with tactical execution.
Multi-Tasking Pro & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple programs and customers simultaneously.
Strong Computer & Communication Skills – Fluent in English; Korean or Spanish is a plus.
